3D Data
We are producing 3D reconstructions from serial plastic sections of zebrafish embryos and larvae. Series of histological slides are scanned and aligned before being loaded into WinSurf SURFdriver software where outlines are made around skin and organ boundaries. This series of outlines is used to computationally create 3D reconstructions of zebrafish.
